Hey there!  My name is Seth Hamilton, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself with you! I am the youngest of 10 and I originally hail from Worcester, MA.

I was fortunate to serve in the U.S. Air Force right after high school and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  After my service, I pursued my education and earned a B.A. in Business Management from The University of Massachusetts. and then an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, It seemed like I was in night school forever!

For many years, I worked at Verizon Communications where I held various roles, the last being the Vermont Engineering and Planning Manager. It was an amazing journey but I decided to retire from Verizon in 2007.

Life took me to Pensacola in 2009 and it was there that I began my adventure in real estate. I got my Real Estate License that same year and, as the years went by, I decided to become a Real Estate Broker. I founded NW Florida Real Estate in 2018 and it's been a wonderful experience. 

Besides my professional life, I have a wonderful family. I'm the proud father of two grown children and the grandfather of four lovely grandkids.  And now I have a new family member, my adorable Huskey/Sheltie mix named Lexi! 

When I'm not busy with real estate, I have some hobbies that I'm really passionate about! I love spending time in my vegetable garden, golf and surf casting for pompano along the most beautiful white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast.
